Close experience with domesticated tigers. Clean environment and well fed. You can touch them and they seems playful and even turned to request for a belly rub. Chubby tummy. There will be trainers there to guide to ensure safety. Good experience like playing with a well trained dog at home. Booked in advance and everything was fast and on priority.

Definitely the most important Thai Buddhist temple in Phuket, beautiful crafted with several buildings to admire. Don’t miss the top of the Chedi where a relic of Buddha is kept. Entrance is free. Take off your shoes and remove caps or hats before entering.

Chaithararam Temple. Holy place. Enchanting nature. Lots of Temple. There has some resting place. Toilet facilities also available here. We went in sunny days. The color of cloud just mind blowing. Fire work sound was irritating although it has religious necessity. We spend there about 45 min. The architectural view were attractive.

Also known as the Wat Chalong this temple or temples is another big tourist destination. The entry is free and so is the parking.
If you plan to visit in the summer then definitely being an umbrella and water.
The place is huge with lots of places to sit in the shade. There are several temples here with striking architecture and a new was being built when we visited.
A very interesting thing is you can make a wish and purchase fireworks then burn it for fulfillment.
It was such an amazing experience. I was in so much awe to see The Big Buddha in person. I love how there are posters with informative descriptions about the statue and about Buddhism in Thailand. It wasn’t super crowded when I got there, and they have very helpful staff around. The view from the top is immaculate! On a good day you can see the beach and town.
