We had a wonderful time at casa Britona last three days. The place is beautiful with unique art and decorations. We had fun in the pool and enjoyed the outdoor and indoor living spaces. The service was amazing…shout out to Shashank and Rohit who did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. Samarth who was managing the property was easy to coordinate with and always available. The two ladies that made our food did an excellent job at pleasing a difficult crowd when it comes to food! I really recommend this place - it’s excellent for a big group wanting to spend time together.

Although we did not start here as we were looking at a more beach property. I must admit staff is very polite and professional. Moments after checking in we moved out. They did not create any fuss and refused to charge us anything though we would have gladly paid. Very customer centric I must say. Will certainly look at this property for a office off-site. Soon. Beautiful property with super courteous staff led by Arya. Location is ideal, right on the beach. Rooms need some maintenance, can be easily achieved. One thing which needs immediate management attention is the Breakfast. It definitely needs a massive upgrade, both in terms of choice and taste and service. Gave this feedback to the management too. Hopefully they will improve it as I believe it will make the property far more likable.

Certain rooms in the resort need an upgrade. And food needs a look over. However the great service and hospitality outshines and makes good other blemishes. We were a group and hence perhaps we may have been demanding. Must mention Dhananjay Kumar, Hira & Sagar particularly for being extremely helpful and great service
