This is very perfect place . Friendly staff. The staff were all very helpful no request for assistance was a problem for them.super nice hotel !! Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Orchard retreat cottages Manali. Good value for money .

1. Hotel is very near to Dal Lake, literally 2 mins of walk. 2. You can’t park your vehicle because it’s within an alley. 3. Hotel staff is helpful. 4. This hotel is run by a family, please don’t except 5-star prompt services. Nice folks overall. 5. During my stay, they helped us w small things like lending umbrella. Special mention to Hilal Bhai for his assistance in every matter and the owner of the hotel. Very down to earth people. I recommend this place. Go for it!

First of all the location of the hotel was so tranquil and 4 to 5km away from main city.The rooms have a positive vibe and well maintained.The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing and the staff was so deligent and friendly.. and my personal reason to stay there was that😂 my love was just 1.5 away from the hotel.

The Deluxe room is equipped with A/C, but the service is really poor. The T.V. has Tata Sky but it never worked for me. The breakfast is served in the room and its really pathetic and monotonous. This Hotel has the advance of the location which is clearly the best in Jaipur however ot doesn't live up to its mark. A lot has to improve.

Can consider this if you traveling via this road. Decent rooms and good view according to prize. Food is also good. Restaurant always clean thats plus point there.But if you're working while on the go and requires Wi-Fi then think before because there no Wi-Fi.
