Network reception problem Rooms are bit small Bathroom are clean and big TV is partially working Near to Baga and lot of option for food marketing. Overall ok ok

I loved this place, we checked all accomodations on island and this was one of the best. Hot shower if you need it, big bed, storage place and what I appreciated the most is bright room. Food was extra tasty. You can hire scooter or motorbike here, shop with basics is just 3 minutes walk. Owner is super nice guy and will advice you and help you with anything you need including ferry tickets. Beach is across the road.

I booked in makemytrip the room and breakfast for 1100. But if you come directly rhe rate is 999 only and they don't provide food anyways. Rooms are spacious but very old style and not very well maintained. I stayed with my family and there were no problems since we try to adapt to any scenario during a travel. But for people with high expectations, don't choose this. Else its a cheap stay very near to baga calangute road which is very active in the night. Baga beach is just 5mins drive from here as well.

The place was spectacular. The owner of the place, Bill, greeted us with a smile and all cheers. The place is complete with a shared kitchen with stove, microwave, water kettle, pots, pans, plates and utensils. The place is very clean with showers downstaris and in the rooms. The view from the 2nd floor rooms is spectacular. They also have hot showers in the room. Perfect for family outings. Oh. And by the way, the WIFI was spectacular! Perfect for Working from home or should we say working from beach.

Amazing, specially the location was superb nearby baga. And the reception guy is cool. Everything is good, but need improvement of the rooms as well to upgrade. Love from Assam guy who used to stay in Bangalore 😊👍🏻 Will visit soon..
