Overall had a nice experience at Heevan Houseboat. Courteous staff and polite. Shout out to caretaker - Abdul Bhai, good service and always welcoming.
Pros: Service, cleaniness, size of the room, good homemade food.
Cons: absence of toliteries (only soap was provided), toilet accessories were not working upto the mark in one of the room, extra blankets were not clean enough, food spread was repetitive and small (like no desert, starter)

Great experience. Care takers were very helpful and punctual. Excellent wood works throughout the houseboat. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Food option was limited but taste wise good. Owner's behaviour is very calm and polite. Had a great time.
Only drawback is, blankets were very smelly.

The ambience was awesome also the food and location was very good. The caretaker Mr. Gulan bhai ka mehmannawazi I have no word to express my happiness. This is my 3rd visit to Kashmir and I have never experienced such good feelings.
