Stayed at the hotel near Manikaran Temple, just 600 to 700 meters away. The view was absolutely stunning, easily the highlight of the stay. While the rooms were okayish, the proximity to the bus stand (150 meters) was convenient. What stood out was the excellent service from the staff, making the overall experience quite pleasant.Rooms: The rooms were okay, but the views were good.Walkability: The hotel is 600 to 700 meters away from the Manikaran Temple and is conveniently located near the bus stand (150 meters).

Snow drop guest house at Arithong, Gangtok is one of the very few good budget-friendly options near M G Road, Gangtok. Owner and support staff are friendly and approachable. There is an issue of drinking water availability to a certain extent given there was no option to fill in our cans except for pinging owner. Rooms were quite good but felt like congested a tad. But if you want to stay near M G Road at an affordable price, This is a good bet!
1st I want to say that the location is very good beside the Parbati River and it's awesome, although we did an early check in but the hotel staff are very good and cooperative and rooms are well maintained not up to the mark as per price but you can spend one or two days with your family and friends.Rooms: Maintain properly , amenities are quiet but low but enough in these situations.

Decent rooms at very affordable price, walking distance from MG marg plus the cherry on the cake is the staff behaviour.... They literally went out of their way to help us, when we had some issues with our local travel guy. I assure you, you'll never find such genuine and understanding owner/staff!! A big thanks to them for making our Gangtok stay memorable!!
