This hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the centre with all facilities nearby. The beautiful MG Marg, the local market, cable car are all within walking distance proximity saving one a lot on taxi fares. The hotel is quiet, has rooms of all sorts, the staffs especially the owners are wonderful and their balcony provides a great view of the Kanchenjunga and the surrounding mountains on a clear day. An incident I'd like to highlight: A group of acquaintances had availed their facility upon previous suggestions and on the last day, they were supposed to visit Nathula and then return to their origin on the day itself. Unfortunately while returning from Changu Lake, their car faced an accident due to slippery snow on the road and one of them got injured. While we were busy being worried, the owners took full responsibility of taking them to hospital, handling and paying all hospital care and bills and paid all taxi fares to take them back to hotel. Not only that, since the group had already checked out, they provided rooms for one more night, free of cost so that they can relax and recover and arranged another car for their return the next morning in such a short time without us having to say anything. The prompt helpfulness was a blessing and one we cannot expect anywhere. Every experience can be different and ours was a a wonderful one.

Room and food are also good, and over all staff behavior is very good.overall this residency is good for stay both family or friends.

Very nice hotel and after you go towards Denzong cinema beside that there is a Lal building that is Lal market where you can get things at least most cheapest like one pillow cover you will get it at ₹ 40 but you have to bargain.

Found this place by accident, Probably the most relaxing place i ever stayed. the staff, Food and accommodation are excellent. room 101 is literaly on stilts over the ocean, you wont find a "beach front villa" closer than this and so private.

Great simple resort, the private beach is large with plenty of space for all guests. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bungalows over the river are particularly nice with a small terrace and an original bathtub. Restaurant is also good with a good choice of Vietnamese and Western food. Staff has been great with us when our daughter was hospitalised, really making our life as easy as possible. If you are looking for a simple but cosy resort in Phu Quoc, look no further.
