I recently stayed at Brits Hotel Puri Indah and was blown away by their amazing service. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience with exceptional service. Their restaurant also serve tasty food and it’s located in the rooftop so it has an amazing view and ambience.

Rooms are very nicely equipped. Everything was clean. Staffs were helpful. Good location: central yet relatively quiet. Ample food choices in the area. I really enjoyed my stay here. Parking space can be quite limited, though. Overall, I think it's a good value for money. I'd like to try their breakfast on my next stay.

Highly recommended! Our stay at the Brits Hotel Puri Indah was one to remember for a lifetime. It was awesome. The hotel is located strategically, not far from the airport and various shopping centres yet in a very nice, leafy, quiet location. The service and welcome we received were beyond what we expected. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spacious and had all the facilities needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. One of our favourite places to go to is the rooftop garden restaurant, great menu everyday and above all its a lovely location to host an event, which we did. We had 100 people coming for a lunch at the rooftop garden terrace, again...service was excellent for our guests. Thank you Brits Hotel Puri Indah.

I really had a great time staying here. The location is strategic (close to Grand Indonesia), the environment is very clean and the staffs are friendly and so helpful.

the room is really comfy but i wish they could give a bolster. i love the way they always take a good care of their bathroom (we shared with other guests but they keep it clean and dry everytime. had a nice experience. thank you whiz capsule.
