Crossroads Bed & Breakfast

We discussed in detail with Hotel manager about services but when we checked-in it was not satisfactory. We booked HA-129 but they alloted is HA-135, our room no. was 201 which I would say the best room of the property but the service was pathetic, like on time breakfast, no options available, no toothpaste & toothbrush, no slippers, no shaving kit, you cannot eat more than 1 slice of bread even if booked hotel with complementary breakfast, also its not hotel but a home stay. Geyser was not working, staff training was not done, cleaning staff was not able to clean the rooms properly, kitchen was very smelly, overall room was better but other services was not good. I loves staying in the hotel but not able to employ food n all.

Hotel is very nice for the price I paid (price varies all the time, so check and go), I got the balcony one. Staff behaviour is super polite. They are really working hard to maintain the hotel cleanliness and ambience. Food option was less but really tasty. Also outside food is allowed. Surrounding is very quite and green, since it is a residential area. Must go.
