Hotel Rozan Jaai

We have stayed 3 nights at this hotel in the 2nd week of April. Initially while choosing I was worried as we were travelling with both elder and younger people with us. However, overall stay experience was very good. We were welcomed with KHAWA TEA. We had Dal lake view room and jungle view room. Both are good, spacious and clean. Bathrooms are quite spacious. Toiletries were provided. Hot water was available. Rooms are equipped with either bed heater/ heater which is comfortable. The staff are very very courteous and welcoming. Service is superfast as we experienced. Special thanks to Mr. Parviaz Khan( my MOM called him RAJDHANI EXPRESS). Rooftop restaurant is good with Dal lake view. Adequate option for food was provided. Food was served hot always. Instead of eating out and having stomach upset better to eat here as food were light but tasty.The chef assured us that he will provide his best if anything required. We were pleased. The hotel is approx.15 min walk from nishad garden and Dal lake. One can go for evening walk to Dal lake. Nearby ATM is also available. Overall our stay was excellent and we definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the vibe and warmth of this hotel in srinagar. The Staff is very courteous and prompt as they helped us plan a surprise for our friend. The best part of this hotel is the dal lake view from the roof top while having breakfast and dinner buffet. It's cozy and comfortable place to live. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the next visit

I have been there with my family stayed there for two days . Room was ok type not that great, they have lot of power issues most of time power is gone, bathroom exhaust was missing and that was open not even covered by anything. The most annoying thing was their dinning area which is on top with open all around and in cold freezing breeze you have to eat your breakfast and dinner and that is very uncomfortable coz your meal will be as cold in seconds which is a major turn off along with limited and tasteless options in buffet. I will least recommend this place to anyone.
