Loved our stay in this place in December 2021. Happy to see such helpful staff. They were so co-operative! The lake is just on the other side of the road so you literally have rooms with a view! Also the rooms were beautiful. Felt like we stayed in a palace.. Rightly, Palace in the name! Washrooms were neat and clean as well. Had properly functioning centralized heating systems as well. Food was awesome as well. Double thumbs up!

The location of the hotel is great as the view of dal lake during the night is beautiful. The staff was also very friendly. But housekeeping can be improved. Overall comfortable stay at the hotel.

At Srinagar near dal lake best hotel. From hotel room you can see view of dal lake. Good parking system. Lift available so no problem for seniors citizens. Good arrangement for seeing nearest places.near Local sports .Good location. Good food and behaviors of stuff.
