Our experience of staying in this hotel was very much exciting because we never stayed any hotel before which is located on the mall area , which is the heart of the city. All the members of the hotel were very much helpful and cordial. We are very much satisfied in all aspects.Rooms: Rooms are well equipped and cosy but the front view rooms are more comfortable and airy than the back side rooms.Nearby activities: As everything is available at your hand you can hire car for side scene and travelling anywhere from the doorstep of the hotel and the joyride station also very near i.e., only 25 minutes walk from the hotel. We were there from 22nd May to 24th may 2024... We were very lucky because we got to see the beautiful range of kanchenjunga from our hotel.Safety: Since the hotel is situated at the heart of the city,it is very much safe and secured.Walkability: The position of the hotel is very attractive because the mall, market and car stands are near at hand, you need a few steps to reach anywhere.Food and drinks: Good quality veg foods and drinks are provided.Noteworthy details: All the staffs and specially the manager Mr.Bishwas and Sarika ma'am were very much helpful and cordial in all respect.

Fantastic location - just opposite of glennaries and yet accessible through planters club by car. Staffs were helpful and room was cozy. Food is reasonable and tasty. This would be our preferred choice in next visit

Our stay was booked by Sarika and handled by Biswas at the hotel. Both of them are very courteous and hospitable which made our stay memorable. The stay was to celebrate my sister’s birthday and they made sure that it was a delight with decorations and cake.Location is spot on right opposite to Glenary’s and the music there makes it feel so soothing. The view from the rooms is amazing.My mom cannot walk and the team helped me use the back gate where car can come in directly. They also helped with the my travel arrangements and Sarika readily resolved all issues that arose.Food was good and pure veg. Non veg have plenty of options too with KFC just being in the same building and Glenary’s right opposite.Special thanks for helping making the kheer for my sister’s birthday as it was something not on menu.Truly and amazing and memorable experience.
