About Shirdi

Things to Do in Shirdi

Sai Baba Samadhi Mandir
The main temple where Sai Baba’s tomb is located. Devotees gather here for darshan and various religious rituals.

Dwarkamai Mosque
A sacred place where Sai Baba spent a large part of his life. It still preserves the sacred fire (“dhuni”) lit by him.

Chavadi
A small building where Sai Baba used to sleep every alternate night. It holds historical and spiritual significance.

Gurusthan
The place where Sai Baba was first seen as a young boy. A neem tree, under which he meditated, still stands there.

Lendi Baug
A garden that Sai Baba used to visit daily. It contains the Nanda Deep, an eternal flame that he himself lit.

Sai Heritage Village
A museum and theme park that recreates the Shirdi of Sai Baba’s time with statues, models, and scenes from his life.

Khandoba Temple
The temple where Sai Baba was first welcomed by the village priest, marking his stay in Shirdi.

Maruti Mandir
One of the oldest temples in Shirdi, dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Sai Baba was known to visit it often.
