I stayed there twice and loved the resort..
Wonderful stay with excellent view of snowcapped mountains. Very cool location of resort and very helpfull nd humble staff. Must visit this hotel for a comfy stay experience and yummiest food.

It was an amazing stay at Monk. The owners are really caring and helpful. We had an amazing time there. Apart from this, the food served was just like home and you may or may not like it. Kinner Kailash is easily visible from the hotel. Must visit this property and highly recommend it. Also the property is beautiful and situated in an apple farm. We had a room and kinnar kailash view was just directly seen from our room. There is a little steep walk to reach this hotel but the staff help you with that too. Must stay for amazing view
Kalpa is known for its temple, monastery, 180 degree view of Kinnaur Kailash range and wide spread apple orchards. It got a small market place which is at the descent of the town close to the temple. The magical view of kalpa can pull tourist and nature lover of all ages time and again.
We had a fantastic stay at Vista Hostel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel at home. The food is good, the rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the mud-house style bedrooms are super cosy and cute. The views from the Hostel are also amazing and there are quite a few reasonably priced excursions and activities offered by the hostel. It's a wonderful place to take some time out to relax.

It was a great experience staying at The Monk . The owner and Mr Rawat was kind and polite to talk to. Though we came through an agent who charged us extra. It's a lesson for us and would surely like to visit again. The location was awesome and the front view of peaks special Kinner Kailash was breath taking. Had a nice time and the homely food was good.
