93 steps . Very troublesome for elderly & fat persons. Otherwise okay.

Just go for it....we booked room 405....very spacious room..it has best views of kanchenjunga mountains...rooms excellent....protima.. Sushant and avinash...provided best and promt service...manager rajesh was helpful ..property has lift ...it's 2 mins walking from mall rd....it's pure veg but u can order non veg from other restaurants...free breakfast was delicious...only thing is to reach hotel there are few steps before u get to the lift...old ppl may find challenging....hotel sends staff to carry luggage so that's sorted...had a beautiful time thanks

Services were good. Pratima Chandan Om and Sushant did a good job in providing quality services. Well maintained hotel. Have difficulty reaching to the hotel. Rooms: Decent. Food & drinks: Breakfast good. Dinner just meets expectations. Noteworthy details: Prathima at restaurant service was good.

Location is very near to mall , u need to walk 86 steps before reaching the hotel which looks terrific at the beginning but when u get to see beautiful view of the mountains , all ur tiredness will fade away , but for elderly people or I must say for unfit people it’s going to be little challenging , I went with a 10 months old baby and I didn’t face any challenge reaching the hotel .. staffs are good , the road front of the hotel is not in good condition, one way road it is , room no 405 is way more specious and beautiful than other rooms .. the hotel has lift facilities..

The hotel is situated very near to the Clock tower of Darjeeling town.The mall road is just in a few minutes' walking distance.We booked the hill view rooms,from which The mighty Kanchendjunga welcomed us in every morning.Manager Karan is an excellent human being with great responsibility skills.Support staff Dipankar is a very active boy,who is available for 24 hrs at your service.The restaurant is fully veg.The foods were healthy and delicious. The only drawback is the entrance of this hotel building.To enter,you need to cross 93 steps of stairs.For elderly persons which is very difficult.But you get lift after entering the hotel. So I will request the authority to solve the entrance problem.If possible you can place an elevator to the entrance of the building. We had very good 3 days staying in this hotel.Hope you also find it great.
