TANK500 is a full-size SUV produced by Tank, the off-road division of Great Wall Motors. It is a classic conqueror of off-road terrain, with a frame structure and impressive off-road potential.

The gasoline turbo engine 2.0L (244 hp) is supplemented with a hybrid system of 106 hp, which helps with acceleration and drive only on electric power. Despite weighing 2810 kg, GWM claims that the Tank 500 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 180 km/h.

The main drive of the car is on the rear axle, while the front wheels (up to 50% of the traction can be transferred here) are connected via an electronically controlled multi-disc clutch.

The off-road arsenal of the five-door is truly impressive – a reduction gear, a rigidly blocked inter-axle clutch, as well as “smart” electronics with 11 modes of operation.

There is adaptive cruise control, a road sign recognition system, a lane departure warning system, an emergency braking system, and a parking assistance system.

The car has four cameras that create a 360-degree space around the car.
