Excellent resort. The food was very good. Very polite behaviour by the staff. The tour guide (Mr. Tara Chand) whom they arranged was very professional.. Polite attitude too.. I highly recommend this resort and the tour guide (Mr. Tara Chand) for anyone who plans to go to Manali.

A Serene Stay at proved to be an oasis of tranquility during my stay. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome tea that instantly set the tone for a delightful experience. The room was a sanctuary of comfort. The plush bedding undisturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, going the extra mile to cater to my needs. Whether it was a late-night room service request or a query about local attractions, they were always there to assist with a smile. The hotel's serene ambiance, coupled with its excellent service and comfortable accommodations, made my stay truly memorable.
