1. Value for money stay. Has swimming pool. And Restaurant with reasonable rates 2. Big rooms. Good flooring and clean washrooms 3. Has balcony on all rooms. 4. Near to Arambol beach. Takes 5 mins on bike to the beach. 5. Well lit place at night. 6. parking space at front. 7. Good housekeeping staff you can contact directly to manager Mr. Sagar

Excellent property and very convenient. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to visit nearby.
