In front of Dal lake. Neat and clean rooms, service is also very good, life and all kind of facilities are available. You can get meal also if you don't want to go outside. Overall experience was wonderful.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and well-mannered. Strongly believing on Honesty is the best policy. By mistake, I paid an extra amount and they return me my entire extra money without any question. Special thanks to the chef and Mr. Javed hotel manager.

Excellent in terms of hospitality and service. Perfect location, as the hotel resides opposite to magnificent DAL lake. We had lake facing rooms with huge window to enjoy the evening. Though restaurant was closed due to renovation work we were served lip smacking food in dinner and breakfast. Rooms are huge clean and well equipped bathroom with 24 hours hot water facility. Thank you team SHAH Abbas.. cheers..!!
