The hotel was clean and as per my expectations. I stayed here for 2 days. The staff was very helpful and even packed us early breakfast when we had to leave early for our sight seeing. Special mention about Lakshmi from Restaurant staff who gave us a wonderful service and also informed us when dinner was ready. A good personal touch. Overall a good experience.

Accommodation was comfortable. Room are clean and tidy. But few in home facilities Service particularly at the restaurant with the team training caterers is really good. enjoyed the stay for four days by the cordially approaching reception. Sunder Selvam & team members

This is my second stay here. First being in November 2019 Diwali times. The physical property needs a bit of a renovation. But apart from that all was good. Staff was very well behaved and despite a not so great start due to restaurant the staff especially Anisha ensured things are taken care of and repeat does not happen. Rest all was taken care of due to efficiency of staff, unfortunately I don't know all their names. All ensured that whatever flaws were there were sorted out and we had a wonderful time.
