My stay at Deerpark homotel was amazing. The owner and their family stays there and I being a solo traveller was perfectly safe staying here. Mr Shreekant provided guidance on places to visit and plan accordingly. The rooms were near and clean and washrooms were hygienic. This property is at a walking distance from market, cellular jail, which is an added advantage. I would definitely recommend anyone who is travelling to portblair to book this property. Would definitely stay here if I plan again for portblairRooms: Rooms are neat and cleanSafety: It's very safe to stay here.Walkability: Its at a walking distance from market, cellular jail, busstand and government jetty point.

Had a plesant stay at port blair in deerpark hometel. The place is near to cellular jail and you can get auto to all touristic destinations from there. They also arrange for cabs incase you need them.We stayed 3 nights over there. Commute is cheap in port blair(30 rs - cellular jail, 50 - port, 150 - corbyns beach during day). They also arranged for airport for airport transfer cabs at very reasonable rates. Mr Srikant,who takes care of the property, is very supportive and arranged for whatever we needed. He even assisted us for the things we needed at havelockSafety: Good place if you are not looking for something very exotic
