Hotel looks nice, the staff was helpful and the rooms were neat and clean. Both pools were really nice, not crowded and well kept, as well as the common areas of the hotel. Breakfast could be better - there weren't many options and black coffee from the machine was terrible.

Very nice resort and helpful staff. Spa is really nice too. Room service is good but if you want cheap Thai food the local restaurants are probably better value for money.

This hotel we could not fault. First time visiting Thailand. Very welcoming, check-in easy. Rooms clean and cleaning service every day. Helpful desk staff re issue and concerns on transfer to following hotel. Helpful day trip excursion team. We were bed, and breakfast and breakfast had all you needed. Would we stay again.... most certainly, we would return.
